The Real Rosewood Foundation Partnership

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Soror Moore for agreeing to serve as an ex-officio board member for The Real Rosewood Foundation Inc. In this role, she will help us plan a Historic Roadshow that will visit the Rosewood entombed site to honor the heroic victims who fell during the tragic events.

 

Rosewood Cookbook Project

The Foundation's cookbook committee is currently compiling a collection of traditional Southern recipes that commemorate life in Rosewood before the 1923 massacre. This meaningful project will retell Rosewood stories through:

• Southern cultural foods

• Poetry

• Historical photographs

• Songs

We're excited to invite the UF basketball team to contribute recipes to this important historical and cultural project.
